Our Story

Established in 2000

Ditholo Consulting Engineers was established in 2000. Members of the firm have up to 22 years of consultancy experience, specialising in township development, project management, civil engineering services and housing.

The company is committed to quality, maintaining a strong reputation and contributing to a better South Africa through equal opportunity. We believe that training and development can only be sustained in a medium-sized practice such as ours provided there is sufficient workload to produce the income to underwrite the program.

Elias Maodi acquired an MSc degree and PhD in civil engineering and has been involved in numerous and diverse projects, gaining valuable experience across civil, structural and project management disciplines. He holds 100% shareholding as company owner.

Training & Development

Investing in people

It is our policy to provide in-house training of technical and support staff at all levels. This policy is also extended to our clients by accepting individuals from their organisation into the project team.

Sponsorship

Sponsor suitable candidates from previously disadvantaged backgrounds at Technikon or University level.

Registration

On qualification, embark on an in-house program under senior engineers to ensure registration as technicians and professional engineers.
